Have you considered that she has not psychologically coped with any of this process. She disappeared after that last performance on stage where she was obviously not dealing with things well. She has been part of this company for 22 years, and then had to sit back and watch while MD and Silverlake sold it, and allow it to be ripped to shreds. She had no power to stop it or even influence it. Yes, she has walked away a very wealthy woman, but I don’t think she’s happy.
