Many years ago at hST I answered a "work life balance" question negatively. 60 hours a week was the average to meet SLA for well over 6 months straight prior to the survey. Unknown to me, all my teammates wanted the OT so when the survey results came out my team basically "shamed" the person who dared go against the them... they all knew it was me and shunned me afterwards. I never answered honestly again.
I had a fellow teammate who was approached by a manager about his responses. I don’t know that it was a direct reveal of his name, or if they just looked at the attitudes on the team and deduced that it was him. But it’s wrong.

That’ll show them.
So do we gripe about the EL we've only had for like two weeks? Because the one before is universally hated.
Oh yeah, got it an hour ago, I let them fu--ing have it and proved why they su-k. The character limit was way too short but like you said, they won’t give a sh-t anyway, running the bank into the ground. Going to use the training resource tools to grab a new skillet and bounce
