If you haven’t read the Q&A, definitely do a search for it on SP. Could this document be even more vague and add a million more questions in my mind…basically “coming weeks” to inform impacted employees continues to be the most up-to-date vague-a-s answer we’re going to get as far as answering the question when is the max exodus aka RIF happening. As for the associates who don’t get RIFFED, TU expects you do to your work as if nothing is going on. Also, associates you need to continue to act like this is just normal course business to lose 10% of our workforce - this is like “any departure from TU” and “managers will inform stakeholder about shifts in coverage or key points of contacts. Beyond that, protecting the privacy of our associates is paramount and we will allow those impacted to choose how to share the information in their own way”. Thanks for being so concerned for us, if we get RIFF’ED. Trust me, I will be screaming from the rooftop, if I’m on that list. TU, I have two words for you FU!

Nobody should act surprised by any of this. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. Figure out what you will do if you do get RIFed. TU is just like any other corporate entity. Workers are the first to suffer when profits go awry.
