EMEA starts tomorrow. In countries where consultation applies, these timings will be honoured.

Folks are in for a surprise if they think TUPE applies... There will be no negotiation on terms and conditions of employment, if lucky you will get an offer on their terms. Accept or resign. Consultation will be for severance terms only.

Why isn‘t there a Town Hall held by Hock? It‘s eerily quiet.

Not until the tupe law is finished, which will probably be in January

You will not hear anything in EMEA today. Starting tomorrow you will, and the roll out depends on where in EMEA you reside. At which point your country HR legal process will take effect. Snr Director here.

Tomorrow is Day 1 for EMEA/APJ. Who is downvoting the below? There are meetings scheduled on Tuesday for many non-US regions to discuss offers.

Broadcom is a California-based company. By my clock, it is 07.30 there. Let us at least wait for them to wake up on a Monday morning before starting rumours.
