When will the new AVGO RSUs and converted VMW unvested RSUs -> AVGO stock will start showing up? Those will show up In the fidelity account?

You will not get your RSU's until March 15 because you have missed the cycle to receive shares on Dec 15. You would have had to worked at BC before the end of October to receive RSU's for Dec 15.
AVGO employee here - no clue about the VMware specifics, but RSUs are Dec 15, March 15, June 15, Sept 15. Which means you will get your RSUs issued to you Dec 15 in Fidelity (give or take a few days for the acceptance letters to show up in there for you to sign), with the first vest happening March 15th. Again, no clue about specifics for the VMware transferred stuff but that is the AVGO dates.
I also want access to the AVGO stock ASAP. I'd like to sell some in 2023, assuming it doesn't decline rapidly once it's given to us to trade before the end of the year.
