Does anyone have more info on the field team layoffs that are supposed to be happening between now and end of year? I heard that all district leaders up, without a pharmacist license, are getting laid off. Evidently splitting the company between RX and FS didn't work out and we are reversing the split.

They are looking to sell off certain unprofitable sectors by end of 1st qtr 2023
You said “huge gash”😄
I haven’t heard end of the year, but I am hearing things about Q1 2024. The Case Manage side note as told much in their last townhall, but I am guessing even the depts that just saw layoffs will see more.
"Evidently splitting the company between RX and FS (front store) didn't work out and we are reversing the split."
If you want an example of totally useless senior management, watch as they hire outside consultants because management has no idea as to how to run the company.
And the outside consultants (remember that's where Karen began!)?
They have no idea what to do. So, when you have no idea what to do - reorganize!
So what if you're just undoing what you did a couple of years ago.
To use the Titanic as an example - this is the equivalent of rearranging the deck chairs, rather than addressing the gash left by the iceberg.
Welcome to Karen's CVS! She's rearranging the deck chairs because she has no idea how to address the huge gash in the business plan.
Below article response.
KL is in over her head. She has mismanaged this company and cost many their livelihood. She needs to step down while there is still a company left to run.
Her greed and arrogance are insufferable. What a shame…

I'm baffled by stock prices being down 35% from a year ago while we make great earnings and profit.
Cigna / Humana merger? Meanwhile, go-go boots are overpaying for startups.
$66.90 at close :)

Layoffs are still happening. Two Salesforce SMEs were just let go this week, last day will be on Friday. Still happening, we have 6 weeks left before the end of the year.
What is FS?
My boss said he hasn't been told much but to expect more impacted employees due to layoffs
The way things have going downhill all year, I wouldn't be surprised if this is true
Right....I was told with high probability this was true and news was going to be released after Thanksgiving break....which is why we are doing manager reviews a month early so they are complete.
This is false
