Will we get severance after the 60 warn notice or do they pay you before ?

How many times must this question be asked, even though you got the literal answer over a month ago? Do you not read emails? Attend all hands?
60 days on the books, then severance check.
Month 11+2 = January
January is in 2024, not 2023.
I'm trying to think of additional ways to say this because it's just not sinking in to people.
It's odd, but I've never looked forward to being laid off -- truly I'm excited by the freedom gained with the severance and by my new outlook of a better work environment in 2024.
I am anxious to know as well. Be kind and patient.
The interest in the severance package is top-of-mind for many employees. We're all eager to just move on and start over. The last 18 months of inept leadership and ongoing delays have made us ready to leave ASAP. Let's just get this over and done. No more delays.
Severance is paid after the WARN period is over.
I appreciate new posts, even if they're repetitive. This site has been quite de@d, apart from some posts by trolls.
