UK

How do you think the UK will be managed? Offer letters and consultation periods etc. Thanks!

Offers are going out next week, probably as early as Monday.

They will likely to follow the consultation requirement but they can also agree a settlement figure for those layed off. The settlement figure usually is higher than they would receive through the redundancy process. However, if someone is offered and accept a settlement in exchange for a speedy exit they waive their rights to any future claim or litigation against BC.

Recieve what? An offer letter or a letter to say that the role is under review and we have 45 days and here's the redundancy?
