Looks like the email lists for the communication of Luigi’s structure by Hock and Luigi himself only include the people they want to keep. From my POV a pretty risky move (workers council will not be happy/ potentially undermines mandatory consultations) … or just an oversight? Or done on purpose?

It was sent to Luigi’s future organisation, which includes CS etc. There does seem to have been an error in the distribution lists, whether this means anything or not, only time will tell

Yes. Not everyone who was in EMEA sales before closing is on the new distribution list. There are quite a few who are on neither of the new possible lists (EMEA sales, Commercial, BUs).
How do I know? Because people asked me why they haven’t received the emails their colleagues got :/

As I remember from CA acquisition they treat EU separately and act according to local laws so it might take longer time.
