Managers I do t feel bad for they are the ones that screwed the company up too they are not that innocent “ I do what Omaha tells’ me to do”” LIES
Yea they are running the managers into the ground. It’s horrible I feel bad for the managers I have in Chicago. Also work the he-l out of good workers who know what there doing.
Opposite here in chicago - they running the remaining mangers that are left into the ground - not allowed any vacation time off or call offs - the company is making them work twice as much with absolutely no compensation- senior mangers are now doing directors jobs directors are now regional managers - when cutting jobs they literally went for the low hanging fruit to protect all the executives from losing their positions- makes absolutely no sense to get rid of the managers who knew how to run a railroad - now your left with people who counted their money all day . And couldn’t even change a tire on car . The ones who are left are all looking for other jobs - they will quit soon . Better opportunities are out there - greed is out of control here -
