Wishing you and the SLT a very happy thanksgiving. Thankful for everything you have done. You are very fair. Very very fair. Wanted to thank the AVPs for their unbridled quality of work. Boy this lip stick is smearing a little. Oh oh boy. Thankful for the wonderful people at Sycamore for creating so many wonderful memories and job opportunities. Very thankful that we went from salary to hourly. That’s really creating opportunities for me to feel secure. Man my knees are hurting. Oh oh ouch. Thankful for the incredible AVPs that care so deeply about us. Lastly, thankful for you JL. Your meer presence and very large salary just inspires us hourly folk to go above and beyond. Now if you don’t mind good sirs and Madams…I’m gonna go clock in just to make a Teams call vs spending time on Thanksgiving with the fam. Who needs a family anyways when we have work family!!!

Staples engagement surveys are a joke and so is the SLT. JL is the most embarrassing and disrespectful CEO the company has had and says a lot considering the woke one before him that was a complete disaster. Downward spiral. We should all be looking for our parachute.
To the person asking who went to hourly. One or two of the b2b teams. I would imagine more will soon.
Business developers that have been doing an inside role already. Same role created many years ago that was laid off and now recreated again. The Staples Way. Nothing new, nothing transformational. They were called IB2B and SDRs
