On the last page, there is a paragraph that begins 'By continuing your employment following the Closing Date,..." that you should pay special attention to. We seem to be in limbo here where the closing date was today (11/22/23 US hours) but for some reason, Broadcom is pretending that everything is the same until we hear differently on 11/27. YMMV but I would, again, read it very carefully before deciding on your actions between now and Monday.

Such a stupid comment. The deal closed on 11/22, employment offers are dated 11/27. There is nothing here that is legally concerning. Original dates of her from VMW carry on to Broadcom if offered a full time role. Find something better to do.
