Not fake news, they started at the top. Started with Raghu and all the other GMs that didn't make it to the list.
Today is day 0 , wait for day 1 on monday Nov 27 for layoff news.
This is how it works. Send your resume out to a company worth working for and fu-k broadcom. Hock already lied on the first email where he stated that he grows companies. I don't .think Symantec or ca inc would agree with that statement
What difference does it make? Celebrate your severance and then make a plan to unload your RSUs before the AVGO sell-off hits -- as some analysts on Wall Street now predict.
BTW, the AVGO debt worries may be overstated, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
Today is not day 1, day 1 is tomorrow. You will be told Firday or Monday.
BC can't even keep thier promise to fire day 1. They have not heart.
Layoffs a day before thanksgiving in the US would not be a great PR move.
I heard this too and confirmed with someone “in the know” that we will be told on Monday in the USA, so time will tell if this is true. I have to imagine they need some time to get ready for the axe to fall. I’m so ready to get my package and leave!
