Someones gotta pay is the corporate mantra.
If LJ received "compensation" numbers from fraudulent accounting she accessor after the fact. Guilty ..Would no be not surprised that her zero experience in that type role she would pick up on adding/subtracting deficiency. Ignorance is not a defense . Guilty ..
Striped or orange jump suits in jail.
If LJ wears orange, she will look like a pumpkin.
Personally I think all of this happened before LJ became cfo. She was running ambulatory at the time. Sort of reminds me of the movie Fun with Di-k and Jane. This is all on PB and RP.
If the auditors prove fraud, PB, RP, and lJ will go to jail.
The board wouldn’t have made the change unless the auditors told them they suspect fraud.
Unfortunately, the "pwrs that be" get to walk away with all their $$$s made of the backs of the working people. alot of them laid off due to their inability to make common sense decisions. Hope PB/RP/LJ have "unstressful" holiday counting all there $$
Worst year ever. Poor employees and customers bearing the brunt of such greed and lies.
RP and LJ are gone. https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/veradigm-ceo-cfo-to-leave-as-investigation-is-on-regarding-cos-financial-reporting-stock
Some executives here at Harris are to blame. Cooking books on negative ebitda products to survive one more quarter. Like politicians ever positioning for the next election at any cost.
The current CEO, who was the CFO during the periods in question. And, what firm was doing the auditing?
And why can't they get the numbers together and restated after 9 months?
What did the auditors find, what did they communicate, and who sat on that information until after the divestiture to Harris?
The teams are great, the C-suite is one of the most corrupt I have ever seen.
CFO, CEO, CHRO you wonder how they sleep at night
It should be the CEO and CFO.
