The only thing that is not accepted is people with office contracts working from home without business justification. People with remote contracts can carry on, no issue.

No clue what you are talking about - there are many people who WFH at BCOM - just depends on your role and division.
Stop talking about something of which you clearly have no actual knowledge.
Sigh, stop repeating the same old cliché with no evidence.
WFH is discouraged but not banned. It is up to you and your management chain.
