From the email where other VMware execs have proper titles, wording regarding Raghu’s is pointing to a temporary role. What do you all make out of it?

I thought considering his position (and i am not a fan BTW) thought it was

Raghu becomes yet another footnote, similar to Pat Gelsinger, in the story of VMW's decline into irrelevance as real leaders in the tech sector focus on AI and other priorities
It’s not unusual. Essentially a salary for a little while longer which adds to the overall package.
He got his millions. DGAF on what he does
Maybe he is advising on how to focus on the main thing
„Technical advisor“ sounds… unusual.
