You think the pain of the acquisition was hard wait for the integration. Confusion, complexity, misinformation. Strap on your seat belts it’s going to be very bumpy.

A few quarters from now and the ones staying will be looking forward for the next quarter, every quarter.
“My own management” will not survive as they never had to worry about showing a profit, not even sure they know what that word means.
It's going to be hard for the few remaining VMW managers to get along with the AVGO leadership.
They clearly have little respect for the "failing" VMW managers. This integration will create some sparks as the losing team adapts to the lean and very mean business model of the winning team. In the end, Broadcom Software managers will always be in control.
"BC will breathe new life into the failing business."
Fact: Broadcom Software has not transformed any acquisition, beyond cutting operating costs with headcount reductions. This is not 'new life' - just less expensive 'life support'
"You are clueless - BC has already destroyed so many high functioning teams"
BC has done nothing - your own management selected who should stay and go. If teams have been cut its because of their own attitudes and as for morale (I can spell) well if you all would knuckle down rather than believing rumour sites maybe things wouldnt look so bad.
As for illegal interference - prove your accusation.
Also "... what was once a great company ..." - as you have admitted, was once great, is now employing lightweight shirkers. BC will breathe new life into the failing business.
Integration will obviously happen at the HR levels - its safe to assume that as with other acquisitions that BC will run VMW as a separate BU and so other than some core functions like HR/Marketing/Legal being cut there will likely be no change until BC understands how to run the new BU at efficient, money making levels
You are clueless - BC has already destroyed so many high functioning teams, illegally interfered with VMW business and gutted the moral of so many teams. FU, FU Octane and FU VMW, glad I can watch the final lap of what was once a great company in the next couple of years.
How do you know? Of course you don't - you are just listening to a few disgruntled posts on social media aren't you?

What I can guarantee is that you'll get none of the money wasting events such as SKO's
