So is the AVGO 52% at today's close price of 977 based on the 0.252 per VMware share?
Silverlake is getting their AVGO stock Monday and are expected to dump them quickly. Around $5B worth according to Seeking Alpha

The transaction is complete until the purchaser’s money has been handed to the seller. So tomorrow the money will be handed over. It’s then going to take a week or two for the banks to distribute the funds to (in our case E*Trade) who then in turn move it into our accounts along with AVGO shares. My guess would be the cash and stock go in at the same time around 2nd week in December.
No longer an employee, so I cant read the FAQ. Is someone able to share the date ?
