Old Dominion doesn’t keep PROMISEs to the Drivers,. They care now about money only, they used to be connected to employees and family oriented . That time is gone. A little bird said “ new CEO will cut drivers before cutting prices” this Dec 2023 a freight increase expected of 4%. Without drivers you are nothing.

Just got laid off after 2.5 years along with another driver then they brought in a road driver to help out the very next day in the city. They've done this about 15/20 times in the last 2 months
