Is this the kind of treatment SP folks are to expect from the Houston office? Is this a plan to badger them consistently after their first day in a new environment with strange faces… to a point where they will quit? Are there secret office wagers in place to see what department can get the most SP personal out the door? Are we about to see childish kindergarten bullying turn into a sport? Is HR and BS going to secretly take sides while the whole fiasco falls apart?….Lets hope not.

What happened now?
One thing you can count on is BS not doing a damn thing
What treatment, what happened?
Business process improvement? Lol. RI is yet another nepotism director with nothing but a line of BS and a smile. Related to more than just the obvious and can be traced back to sales. What a joke.
SP was bloated waste. There was nothing happening in SP that added any value that couldn't be replicated in Houston. In fact, the nepo babies at SP were widely known and a drag on overall company performance. This cleansing being disguised as RTO was sorely needed.
What are you talking about? Did something else happen?
TX isn't renowned for acceptance!
The answer to your question is yes. Especially the business process improvement team. That team didn’t produce results which is obvious by how our processes are still jacked up to this day.
