I find a lot of CommScope employees are stressed and because you see them stressed and when they come to you all stressed, that stress is then put on you. So it spreads.
It's a domino effect and it brings you down.
You have to take care of yourself. There’s too many uncertainties at CommScope. I was sticking around to see if I can get my 401k contribution that CommScope promised us. But I don’t think that’s happening… so I’m leaving as well.
I have interviews lined up the next couple of weeks.
I’m also sick of all the false information everyone puts into this forum. Multiple id--ts are saying “upcoming layoffs this week” like every week. If you don’t know, please stfu.

I just don’t think there are any reason for anyone to think they’re safe from a layoff. Do yourself and your family (if you have one) a favor and find better job security else where.
I've been looking for months as well. Can't wait to get out of here.
