Interesting letter to the board members asking them to resign from the employees. Management and board members need to be held accountable. It's been happening way too long across the industry.

It’s a shot across the bow to leadership and corporate raiders who think tech employees are disposable. If the best and brightest walk out, what remains? Most management cannot actually run the product or create new product. (They r good at cashing checks though…). This is Silicon Valley 2023. Many people have strong personal finances and want to work where they are valued. Management needs to read it over, think it over and stop right there, lol!
Different scenario. They have leaders to follow and can act of their threats. VMWare is a herd of sheep without a shepherd.
