Thread regarding TransUnion layoffs

Anyone else lost motivation to work?

Been scanning websites to see if there's any news. This is wait is just too long.

Zero motivation to work, how do they expect us to focus. That must be a part of the design-- specifically create an environment of mental anguish to the point where people quit to reduce severance payments. Genius and well-played. Provide a long-term notice period of upcoming RIF so people just mentally check out, so they can fire you for not meeting objectives or you find a new position, either way they save dollars.

Yes. I'm only motivated now to find a job elsewhere. The way the announcement was handled is awful. Keeping is all in suspense is downright cruel. If this is the culture the company wants to promote, adios!

It's exhausting constantly waiting for the axe to drop. It cast a shadow on my weekend and at this point itd be a relief to know regardless of the outcome.
