Is it a sign that there aren’t any VMware related pending actions to suspend the stock? Or since they did it before does it continue to apply from the last suspension?

Unless I’ve read this wrong it only needs to be on the NYSE website one day after the form has been filed
I think this is the correct link and it NYSE needs to be notified 10 days before delisting, However, I think NYSE cane be notified and closer to merger and keep the listing still available for 10Days after the notice, AKA closure announcement way before the required 10Days notice of delisting.

The smart people (those not in denial) have likely unloaded when the stock peaked at $177/share. I got out at $165-167 and am not regretting my decision at all.
When employee trading rights are open again, we'll see a rapid decline in value.
And with a delay considering we are past 3 delays, a new deal must be made which will be another long process in itself.
Everyone has given different answers, but I think it..
likely means deal is not closing any time soon.
Either a delay, if china makes some promises, else there is no point in waiting and the deal will be canceled on the 26th
^ Just my feeling.
