Looks like all CTI directs are let go in favor of the existing ICG/PBWM directs in the Co-CIO org, except Chuan who moved into BA group. No favoritism there, lol. Not a very good look for the reorg from CTI perspective.

Got zero out of Balaji’s town hall other than we wait again till January for next layer org structure. But “don’t worry about changes outside of your control”. Sure, he’s got his role cemented, the rest underneath have nothing solid to lean on. Oh where oh where has our leadership gone???
Yes, I saw it basically…..
“Things are happening….we have to look at various things…..growth is needed at the same time we need to trim down…open door policy….I need to figure things out….I have to look at stuff that’s yet to be defined…..”
Did anyone get anything from the meeting with B which concluded just now?
Chris, Suzanne, and Chaun all appear in other areas. It’s always been clear that Jim was moving on from CTI which would go into the CIO org. I guess the rest have been layered and we will have to wait to see which of them survive in TI under Balaji in the next round of the Citi Hunger Games
@nlx+1pGhkzLc, that’s the very first page, On the second page, the only direct report under him on CTO will be Chris Welland.
Chuan Li has moved to BA area. And, there is no presence of 10 MDs. May be some or all of them are rolled into Balaji Kumar
Balaji Kumar is the new lead.
Says nothing. Just that Jim is at the top.
Seems like 10 out of 12 Jim Adam’s direct reports(All MDs) gone based on Whitaker’s new O&T org chart.
This is getting crazy
Looks like Rozycki is laid off?
This situation is quite chaotic, an absolute shitshow. Co-CIOs are appointing their own go-to guys to roles where they lack substantial experience. We expected a few, but this is just crazy. "The Bobs" are giving this 'streamlined restructuring' their best.
This is just at tbose level. Soon probably as part of next layoff - a lot will be merged / streamlined - more layoffs
Who do you mean CTI directs ? I am part of CTI.
Who is the current head of CTI ?
They also kept both ICG and PBWM Production Management groups. How's that address redundant functions and "streamline" processes? They should have been merged.
