Let's call it what it is. Board was probably NOT happy with Cartwright and the other C-suite, even though the board was behind the purges (pre and post pandemic) of long-term loyal TU leaders (ie Jim Pe-k loyalists). So he sacrifices 10% of the company in order to keep his job and his minions (ie Venkat). If it's not Cartwright it'll be another buffoon as long as this board is in charge. Insidious business, has always been.
