It was truly the most dismal performance by corporate leaders. I felt like I was watching a SNL skit. Listening to all of them makes you want to jump ship as quickly as possible.

Any department that can be outsourced, will be outsourced.
Benefits also getting outsourced.
Compliance dept getting outsourced at the end of 1st quarter. Distribution Center North America getting taken over by 3pl next summer.
The downfall has been going on for many years. I think we’ve hit almost the bottom.

Outsourcing seems hardly beneficial for our previously unique Supply Chain model. Has anyone taken quality into consideration? Fossil is clearly not a mass market business. Why jeopardize what we've painstakingly built over the years, along with our valued vendor relationships? The consultants surely have their reasons, but I respectfully disagree with this approach. They clearly lack any understanding of our operation model and outsourcing will potentially lead to our downfall.
