Fossil's future seems extremely grim. Instead of making needed changes, our SLT/ELT seem more interested in keeping their high-paying jobs. It's discouraging to see them lay off many managers in other regions to protect themselves. This is not how a good business should be run.
The situation is made worse by hiring outside consultants who don't understand our work. Teams led by Truitt and Lak’s are ticking time bo--s!l Their poor efforts are pushing us faster towards failure, slowly destroying what used to make our company stand out. We're in a sorry state! Jump ship before it’s too late!
