The documents on The Hub state that if a bonus eligble associate is laid off in Q4 they will get 100% of the associate part of the bonus. (Assume the financial part would either be 0 or whatever the minimum is given the pi-s poor financial state of the company right now). But then that email went out earlier that said you must be employed on 2/1/24 to get the bonus. So are they gonna sc--w us on bonus if we get RIFed before the end of the year? I certainly wouldn’t put it past them.

When has any document on the hub not had a document or email that contradicts it? I would be shocked if they followed any of the predefined docs on the hub during this and just make up something like they always do. The hub documents and emails _mostly_ aren't legally enforceable at least in the US
