Starting 11/16/2023 the bank began layoffs bankwide

If you were on fmla or experienced discrimination do to your belief, s-xual orientation, etc then u were let go. After almost 20 yrs I was let go by the same smirking mgr who is not worth my recognition, that's up to my lawyer to make PUBLIC! Yes, I was on fmla, escorted out, and humiliated by onlookers. I filed complaint with hr, 2 days later written up for first time ever (as expected), and then let go next day. Hr, mgmnt, board members did nothing to stop mgmnt from harrassing, retaliating, or discriminating me esp when the same mgrs were warned year before to stop and stop having employees stalked. The smirking mgr is STILL THREATENING fmla employees to come in regardless if they are on fmla or fighting for their life. Karma is my middle name :)
Centennial Bank laid me off on Dec. 8th during our holiday potluck!!!! Rebecca Miller was smiling while giving us the economy speech! Most disgusting woman ever!!!!!! I have a bright future elsewhere that pays their employees what they are worth as well as keeping up with cost of living raises! I feel for my friends that weren't laid off and are "stuck" there!!!!! I could sue due to being on FMLA and told reprimanded for being sick on 2 occasions but cutting my ties and moving on. KARMA is real!!!!
There was another layoff Dec 8. People were escorted out DURING a potluck like criminals
I, too, was among the employees at Centennial Bank who were laid off on November 17, 2023.
I was also let go. They created new senior management positions and cut lower ranking positions.
This is rumored to be round 1. There were some heavy hitters, been there since the beginning who were let go. I can also confirm, I was let go on 11/17 before 8 am.
Confirmed. I was one of said employees that was let go.
