Magoo is no where to be found. The email was written by BC and sent out of his account. It's believed Magoo is in isolation due to his incompetent handling of the deal. His psychiatrist is having daily sessions with him.

I think today was the last feasible day for it to close. Maybe MTW? Him sending out that nothing has changed, at this late date, most likely means nothing will. The 27th will come and it will be over.
At that point all would need to be renegotiated and started again. Interest rates are higher now.

LOL. I'm completely floored that this clown show has been allowed to continue for so long without lawsuits by shareholders and/or employees. I though if they did not get a decision from China after week, they would have either pulled the plug or gone ahead without China even if that may be risky for BC. Even Jim Cramer was commenting this or yesterday morning on Hok's silence about this and questioning his use of the term "soon" which it most definitely had not been, also adding that he's never seen anything quite like this before, at least not from a shareholder's perspective, holding their stock hostage while they wait for an approval. Approvals have to come first before anything like that is done.
Yeah, it clearly means the deal won't go through and failed. We should prepare to go back where we were.
