Will the supervisors keep their position as supervisor when they transfer over to Exxon? I worked hard for my supervisor position and deserve it!!!

I imagine there will be Pioneer managers for a while until full integration with XOM. There are no heritage XTO managers anymore after the move to Spring.

The simple answer is NO...and you don't "deserve" anything...you "earn" it! On a lighter note, time is on your side to move on if you are not XOM material...as North Dakota is looking for good hands.
A lot of the manager picks had to have been some sort of elaborate troll. It's like they picked some of the worst people they possibly could. People could have been picked for manager roles at random and it would've worked out better.
