Just close the deal. Fu-k them, leave China and do what’s right. VMware needs to declare the same. VMware can’t allow China to continue to hack software and use cloud computing to threaten others around the world.

I thought Xi directly asked Biden about removing chip constraints and was flatly rejected. I cannot find the exact words he used, but on the voice of america website: "Biden emphasized that the United States will continue to take necessary actions to prevent advanced U.S. technologies from being used to undermine U.S. national security, without unduly limiting trade and investment."
