I’m a long termer in Dell Ireland. 10+ years. I know I am significantly underpaid but wondering by how much. I’m an i9. How much are i8s and i9 a getting coming in the door now?

I speak of S8/S9 and there is plenty S9 in UK
None of works for 150k , that is perhaps OTE part you have heard of - on 60/40 - to total OTE is 375k.
Anyway - that's what I am at , however it's difficult to reach the targets and tap to any accelerators

AE's salary is £110k/150 mark UK.
AEs are at $350-450k OTE in EMEA.
Dell will ride you bareback. Have no doubt you are and will be ripped off. People knocking around there with fake phd's being paid alot. Place is an absolute he-l hole

What are the base salary bands? Not including bonus, allowances etc?
From my experience, if you are from long-term Dell, you are (far) less paid than long-term EMC's and new comers. Dell looked at an harmonization, but it was too costly.
