We've essentially run out of "favorable" options. Whatever happens next will dilute any remaining commercial value for the surviving VMW employees and shareholders.
I just don't see a likely scenario where financial value destruction is avoidable.

I suggest we find the colleagues who are acting like you fools, fire them immediately, and put leadership in place to run the operation in a fashion appropriate of the shareholders and move things forward.
Any one know Carl Icahn? Supposedly he and MD hate each other. Icahn may have some ideas to take this in another direction
What do you have in mind? What else can we do besides not work and talk sm--k on this board? I'm open to suggestions. I don't know if we can feed that pig MD while collecting enough cash to make VMW an employee owned company, for example
