NI (stock was NATI) Formerly known as National Instruments is NOW and has been for a while, a wholly owned subsidiary of Emerson Electric. Buyout went thru this summer 2023 (can't remember date)

NI was only recently acquired and it went final in EMR’s 4thQ. You guys bought a polished tu-d at a premium. Can’t what until your leadership realizes it.
