Only failing to understand that nothing they say will give confidence in their leadership and competence while they continue with layoffs every six months... and the argument that the market is changing is laughable when layoffs are not only in legacy business, but across the company, including sales and R&D.

Truly some bad hires, HA, DS, KCC, JW and worst of all NC. All of these hires have been complete flops.
Born grifters who are only in it for the remuneration and not for the good of the company. These are losers who lack leadership skills and the integrity to tell the thousands of hard workers out there what the shape of the company is really like.
Everytime they get onto these company town hall calls it's just embarrassing for them and us. We sit there and laugh at their act. If only they knew how hated they really are.
The problem are the bad hires: SM, HA, NC, KCC, DS, TM, JW, etc. are still around. The board is not helping either. All TM can do is review an org chart. The future here looks bleak.
