The company is bound to be sold. Whether it's to BC or to several investment funds in pieces... Layoffs will come no matter what. The best possible scenario is BC finally closing the deal because, at least, they care about some of the tech. Investment funds? Forget about it... Tech will die with them.

Loss of major customers, loss of significant revenue as BC decimated the sales teams, support teams, development teams.

This will cause the stock to continue to slide after an abrupt fall post announcement of the deal failing

More Mass layoffs within 6-12 months very likely before
