Wow, rude entitled customers. Sounds like a post from a rude entitled inside seller who should be looking for a job where you don’t deal with customers that actually are the reason you are employed. Sounds about right and why outside has now taken over the inside and mid market sales are so bad.
The real work is done by the people in the call centers who have to deal with the rude entitled customers. Nobody every talks about them.
The B2B job. Went from making good money to an hourly employee that you have to clock into. Sounds about right. The toilet bowl is sounding pretty good right now.

It’s true. Some teams already are. Not sure if it will affect everyone but it seems if you are in any of the site development teams… you got hit.
