I’m a huge fan of WFH and think teammates should be in control of their schedule. But - dependent care shouldn’t matter. I have 3 young children and would have child care lined up regardless of office or WFH

I think this is going to be really hard for the 40% offshore resources they are looking to use. Not sure how offshore is ok to be remote but FTEs must be on site to "collaborate" via Teams.

This is not true, there are multiple identifiers for employee work locations, depending on how far you live from an office (50 to 60 miles, which is incredibly ridiculous to go onsite) , over 50/60 miles "few different answers from actual co workers" you are eligible to work in will disqualify you from onsite work, or if you work 2nd/3rd shift you are also ineligible for onsite work unless you are dealing with data center or similar tasks. A lot of us are trying to push 2nd shift or literally moving far away from any Truist office so that we get labelled as Remote in the HR system. I know of 3 teams that have voiced a full team quit without warning if RTO full time is required as it's completely unnecessary to work in an office that provides nothing for remote work other than wasting your own time, gas and pi----g most people off in general to be packed into a building like sardines.

Yay, will be in an office to perform MS Teams call next to a stranger on another Teams call. Guess we can see who can talk the loudest. However, if we don't go in what will they do? Lay us off 😂🤣😂.
