Thread regarding VMware layoffs

United Healthcare Alleged Fraud Update

Before leaving VMware, make sure you close any open issues with UnitedHealth claims.

They're being targeted for a new class action, once again. Healthcare insurer fraud in America is a crime, but difficult to prosecute. VMware employees, protect yourself.

"No one is departing. No way the deal is closing."

Agreed, but employees will still be departing, unfortunately due to VMW layoffs forced on us by Michael Dell and his PE cronies. It's inevitable, now that AVGO acquisition has failed.

United is known in the industry as being "deny first" and "approval on appeal".

If you get denied, you MUST appeal. This was always the case with UHG.

VMware HR HelpNow support has been problematic ever since the acquisition was announced, and paricularly since Betsy Sutter went "missing in action" recently.

Good advice for soon to be departing employees. Protect yourself and your family.
