Did anyone from the support office attend this mondays session or todays session at the OPO at 830am? Would like to know what was covered.

I believe he might be living in New Jersey. He made a comment at yesterdays supplier summit that his daughter was there giving birth and that they have a home there. Guess he’s flying back and forth on the company jet. All of them need to ditch their Cush offices on their own floor and come sit in the open concept environment that they thought was such a fantastic idea. Then try to have a phone call with 100 people around you who are also talking, gossiping, laughing, and on their own work calls. Let’s see how that works out for you. Oh and also drive your own car to work and fight for a parking spot that we don’t even have enough to cover for the capacity for the 104, 106, 108 buildings. We are less than 2 weeks to the forced return to office 11/28 and there has been ZERO communication. How are they addressing that they are still 1500 seats short. Are you re opening the daycare? Shuttle busses for those who take metra? (For those at the stores they re modeled the support office many years ago so there is no assigned seating or cubicles. It’s now open concept. Open tables with monitors and it’s first come first served. No guarantee you can sit in the same spot each day. Prior to them selling the 200 building we were allocated 1 personal drawer for things like personal items etc but that took that away as well so we are now expected to carry everything we need for the day back and forth each day) The cafeteria is tiny how are they expected to now support thousands of people crammed like sardines and have enough food for those who want to purchase lunches? Ridiculous and so on par with how disorganized this company has become.
Can someone ask him if he plans on showing up to the office 3 days a week too?
