Because we outsource all social to a third party as we canned our social team. The third party run our account so when they posted the empty room pic without thinking, the negative backlash soon came across JW’s desk, so she told them to take the pic down. Incompetence unlimited, you could not make this up. Martin is a good guy and he did not deserve this. JW again at fault but still here. Happy Thanksgiving peeps.

How can the diversity hire take down someone else’s X tweet?
For those who missed it, it was a picture of someone from Teradata presenting at a conference to basically an empty room. There were maybe 50 empty seats, 3 filled seats, with the 3 people either looking bored or at their phones. It was pretty sad.
That’s no exaggeration either. The social team ceased to exist as of the first week of November.
Also, curious how many showed up to the HQ for the AEM today. Looked notably like less than normal for the moment they scaled back and dimmed the lights, but hard to say,
This is what you get when you let your whole social media team go. Someone saw the empty room post and JW had it taken down. Imagine that, covering up the truth, surely not our leaders.
