I just read the allegations, absolutely disgusting!!! Shame on this company!
The amount of loot distributed to the king and his stooges comes from helpless senior citizens. Take ownership and resign along with your algo guy.
Good thing UHG got 4 billion in Medicare Advantage bonus payments this year for excellent star ratings. Will help pay for the lawsuit for the tactics used to get that huge bonus and excellent star rating.
Money well earned.
I was at a table at a conference where this new form of claims processing was going to funnel claims and not let providers know until they were out of their appeal window. Wonder if that ever happened.
