Phillips 66 to Acquire Pinnacle Midstream from Energy Spectrum Capital
I will just say, from what I am gathering from upper management is that the new transitioning date will be June 1, 2024. There has been a small hang up with getting approval through the SEC but I think everything will be coming to fruition soon.
