I too was laid off, zero warning. Manager cut off of the meeting in 30 seconds. I’ve also been promoted twice within the company, never had a conversation about performance or anything. Very disheartening. Sunrun is creative with messaging, lacks follow up with customers to incredible levels. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody, and that’s the same stance I had while I worked there. Shameful the problems this company creates for customers, roof damage, sales misconduct, lack thereof savings, breaching of their own contract. They’ll be the first to stand up for “selected” group rights and voices, but, the company by and large is misleading with everything. Their time is coming..
Yup, lost a team member to yet another layoff, sunrun is such a sc-mmy company. There’s so many middle managers that should have been let ho instead.
Guess it's not just me. Hard worker laid off for no reason in California. Sunrun has poor cliquey management and seems they are always losing money and just laying people off to better their stocks.
My meeting is in 30 minutes. I knew as soon as I got the invite yesterday. RIP HI lol
