IBD was downsized….. they laid off quite bunch starting in 2021. Latest IBD layoff was this year in October.
Same with market, lay-off started way before restructure was announced.
Other part of ICG had it easy, we have been on the edge long before restructure.
Change at the top of the helm is needed in Citi!
