Seems like a lot of long time employees were targeted, which would likely imply an age focused RIF. Just wondering what the % of those let go were 55 and older.

I was RIFd and under between 50-55.
If you were impacted you should have received a set of files, and those include a table for your Teradata department with the titles, management levels, and ages of all the employees. The people who were impacted are indicated. You can calculate the mix of ages from that document.

They are very careful not to get caught in that age trap.
The 8 I know are all 30s and 40s.
The 8 RIF's I associated with regularly, only 2 were over 62, the rest varied from upper 30's -low fifties.
