Morale is awful. Who is safe? Any leader get laid off or Kosta’s typical MO of just laying off the real workers?

Did AC? So surprised at people still there who have climbed to the top when others have been let go in the past who have more experience within their field. Fossil is such a high school click. The problems start at the VP level and above. So glad not to be there anymore
It’s the typical shenanigans. All of the highly ineffective new flavors were safe. It’s leadership KK style. Surrounding himself with executives that are desperate. We never recruit the cream of the crop. We always get leftovers from failing companies.
