IPS said there would be another round and it happened exactly just like they said the losses would be in the cash of 100M. It is obvious IPS is in the high ranking management of Cengage.

No he isn't. IPS hasn't worked at Cengage for several years. He's said so himself in past posts.
Nobody who knows anything about Horizon is posting about it on this board.
On the last First Friday call, they indicated that they weren’t planning on another wave until after the holidays. That doesn’t mean it won’t happen. Brush up your resume and get out there and apply elsewhere.
IPS said there would be another round before the next paycheck and that happened. I would say ask IPS when they come here. They are a high-up in Cengage Mgt.
